I realised

When I’m upset, I find solace in my diary. I’ve been keeping one every year for 7 years now.
When I’m happy, I blog and find funny and interesting things to share.
Recently, I haven’t been blogging and the use of my diary is optimised.

The only optimistic way to look at it is that I’m making full use of my diary before the new one takes over it. Aside from this, none really.

(Mis)Adventures with the LCA+!

Presenting the very first roll of my lomography journey!!!

Most of the pictures turned out blurry due to lack of light and wrong focus adjustment. Unimpressed, Mr. Practicality-Matt is now thinking he bought me a camera that only takes blur pictures and is made in China (although it really is, that doesn’t mean it’s bad!!!).

Oh well… time to get higher ISO films!

Enjoy!

Taking self portraits on the road proved to be no road hazard… for now.

Finally reunited with the beach, Matt whips out an imaginary violin and plays a happy tune.

An esteemed collegaue.

On retrospect, it’s been so long since I shot on film, I forgot the anticipation of waiting to see the final prints.

Also, since the roll was shot over a period of time, it serves as a pleasant reminder of the various people and places I’ve met and been to over the past weeks.

SOOO FUNNNN!!!!!!!

Leave your DBS/POSB Cards at home

My friends, leave your DBS/POSB cards at home this festive season.

DBS has pledged for a charity drive supporting anti-gay Focus on the Family (FOTF).

FOTF’s founder, James Dobson, has written several false claims on homosexuality in his books. The false allegations include homosexuality being a mental disorder caused by bad parenting and family problems, gay people are out to destroy marriage and family and they are sick and ungodly people who wants “special rights” not civil rights.

Even Spongebob was not spared as James Dobson accused the cartoon character of promoting homosexuality by holding hands with Patrick!

You can read the entire article here, and please, join me in NOT being part of this ridiculous drive this christmas. Use another one of your cards instead.
